A million dollars to the first person who can identify whatever system it is that Q is using... How has he become so hopelessly clueless He's using the 'Sutter' (Let's go, boys).

The only thing that can make this season worse is if the Hawks give Schmaltz a long-term deal. The Hawks are in no place to be building around anyone since they don't have anyone worth building around currently. The next core for the Hawks might start with Joker but the rest aren't on the NHL roster let alone on the farm and that includes Debrincat too. Schmaltz should be gone in a trade, and I'd see what someone is willing to give up for Debrincat (Detroit probably would be interested given that's where he is from). You give Schmaltz and ABD long-term deals, and this franchise is fucked with a rusty 5 iron for 5 additional years.
Q will play out the season but he will be axed (more likely decide to "retire") in the offseason. There isn't any benefit to move him out right now since losing is better anyway.
I'd really like to start seeing something move on the Crawford front. His numbers will suffer playing here, but I imagine some teams that think they are a missing piece or two away would be highly interested in Crow for just another season at 6 million. Crow just needs to show he is healthy for another month or two, and I think the phone starts ringing.
