Time to put Strome on a milk carton Perlini's name changed to Fernando. Strome's a little short on quickness, not horrible....Perlini's is getting every chance to show Rockford he should be there.

Well at least The PP is fixed. 2 goals on that. I don't get to watch much (lucky me) but Hawks looked way slower than the Rangers. They seem to give up too many shit goals that could/should be prevented. Sad very sad.

Gusta playing with Jokiharju is just stupid. Neither can defend, and there is only one puck in play and they can't share it. Which one is going to move it?
I watched the MSG feed. Congrats Sweden for WJC gold. Apparently they won the tournament, and Jokiharju played well for them.
Imagine someone talking about Neal Broten and how well he played for the Soviet Union national team, back when the Soviets won gold in Lake Placid.

Why don't the Hawks have a "codymcleod"? I mean, they ain't winning games, what's there to lose to dress a tough guy? McLeod kept running Hawks players, kept the Garden on their feet, and looked like the most dialed in player all game. The way the crowd popped when he ran Kampf and Toews is something I miss watching Hawks games.
A 4th liner who actually brings energy to the bench and to the building? OMG, I can hear the PC crowd and soccer moms gasp. No, he isn't going to score goals or win hockey games, but he'll get the crowd buzzing and either get the attention of the other team or make them a foot shorter. And if it's a close game, you can double shift Kane in his place and it's all okay. A guy like that won't need a lot of minutes to be effective.

Maybe I’m missing someone else, but last Hawk I feel who did that effectively was Ben Eager.
