Nashville is a contender so it would help if (a) the Hawks caught them sleeping off the break, which would mean that (b) they have carried some momentum over from their pre-All Star thrashing of Detoilet.
I never know what Hawks team I'm gonna see from game to game, so hopefully some juice still flows that stings those that experienced last years playoff drubbing, and it translates into solid, intense play.
Sexual Predators 3, Hawks 2, in the SO.

No chance. Hawks never play well after a break. Hawks 0 - Pedo-Turds 4

Q. What's worse than bad Blackhawks hockey? A. No Blackhawks hockey, or no hockey at all.
Through the break the local rags lamented it's untimely effect in stunting the Hawks 'momentum' just when their play displayed 'reason for optimism'. Hawks were 1-4 in their last 5 games LOL. With the current roster of smurfs, the Hawks gameplan seems to be two-pronged: beat the opposition to the puck and embraced chaos. On offense, they've abandoned the more convention tactics of short, quick passes and dominating 'greasy' areas opting instead for racing the puck up ice followed by a quick unscreened shot. Think ... a swarm of gnats. On defense, they've seemingly long abandoned structure, clogging the shooting lanes, winning puck battles and 'clearing the crease'.
Well then, riding the tide of momentum into Nashville it's the Smurfs 2-1 over the Hicks. Let chaos reign.

Hawks aren't that far out yet of a playoff spot so a nice run of 4 or 5 wins in a row is needed. For the 3rd straight game its on NBCSN. One would think that they Hawks own this network.

Hawks have played decently so far with some push, then Forsberg gives it away and Nashville ties it up. Fuck.
Kudos to Wingels for getting his ass kicked by Watson, although I HATE fights born off of a hit like that. Maybe a momentum jumper if they can cash on this PP.

That was a late cheap hit...ill take somebody trying to find a spark sticking up for a teammate...getting dummied w/o throwing a punch isnt ideal, tho...

How is it possible to have all 5 guys on the PP not moving their feet. The entire set up is static....its mind boggling how fucking simple and easy to neutralize that stupid 4 corners set-up is.
Im gonna burst a blood vessel.

Wingels going to go back to being a healthy scratch for that. I think he's brought a nice energy to that fourth line. Too bad the coach disagrees.
